Fast drying ink and rich pearlescent colors in a pigment ink.
Designed to use on glossy/shiney paper.
Works on vellum, mica, acetate, photo papers, clay, shrink plastic and much more!
Ideal for scrapbooking - no smeared pages or page protectors.

Allow 3-5 minutes to dry or speed dry with heat tool.
Can be embossed.
Brilliance pads are packed to the rim with ink.
They're very juicy so tap lightly at first to avoid over-inking.

Acid free, archival, fade resistant, child safe and non-toxic.
Stamp pad is 2" x 3".

• Keep pad covered when not in use with the lid on tightly.
• Pre-text your surface to see how long the ink will take to dry.
• Brayer with Brilliance on glossy paper to create a faux foiled effect.
• Use Brilliance on polymer clays - either before or after baking.
• Apply Brilliance between multiple layers of embossing powder for a pearlized effect.
• Brilliance can be used on metal.
• Try on natural items like shells, rocks, leaves, wood & leather.
• Make sure to clean your stamps after using. Brillian dries on porous surfaces including stamps!!
