Materials:

Instructions:

  • Cut out Paper Whimsy image and color. Embellish with star sequins and flag.
  • Glue scrapbook paper to watercolor paper.
  • Add strip of paper across the bottom.
  • Add blue ribbon to top and bottom with diamond glaze.
  • Adhere ready made flag to background paper with diamond glaze.
  • Glue Paper Whimsy images to page.
  • Add words edged with blue ink as desired.
