Materials:
- 5 paperbags folded in half and sewn together
- Piece of cardboard cut in house shape
- Narratives "Fall" Transparency
- "Boho Floral", "Gypsy Harlequin", "Gypsy Flowers" scrapbook paper by Daisy D (Gypsy Harvest)
- "Napa Valley Vineyards" paper by Bo Bunny
- Paper Whimsy collage images from Sampler 3
- Dried autumn leaves
- Embellishments of your choice such as buttons, metal corners
- White Vellum
- Beeswax Pellets
- Melting Pot
- Foam Brush
- Quilting Iron
- Gold & silver pens
- Scissors/Paper trimmer
- Adhesives including a glue stick
Instructions:
- Prepare paper bags by folding and sewing down the spine.
- Choose papers to cover the pages of paperbag book and cut to sizes required. Glue into book.
- Cut house shape from cardboard. Cut same shape from scrapbook paper and transparency and glue to house shape for cover of book.
- Outline with gold/silver marker then glue to front of paper bag book.
- Create collage using collage images, leaves, quotations printed on vellum and embellishments of your choice.
- Cover all in beeswax melted in melting pot. Smooth with quilting iron.
- Add surprises in pockets of book.
