Paint craft foam with a layer of gesso. Let dry. Paint over gesso with acrylic paint. Let dry.
Cut four different sized rectangles from the patterned paper and ink edges.
Print quote on solid color paper. Round corners and then ink edges.
Use gel medium to adhere patterned paper to background.
Cut jute ribbon so that it goes about 2/3 of the way across. Adhere with gel medium.
Adhere quote with gel medium. If paper seems a bit wrinkled just place under a heavy book while the gel medium dries.
Using the eraser on the end of a pencil, stamp centers on the paper flowers using versacolor ink. Add flowers to quote using gel medium or glue dots.
Display on a plate holder, in a frame or punch two holes in the top corners and hang with a ribbon.
