Little One Mini Booklet
Designed by Sally Byrne
Materials:
Instructions:
- Thoroughly adhere patterned paper to card stock with glue stick.
- Divide adhered paper, down one side into 4” sections, divide paper down the other side into 3 ¾” sections. This will leave you with a paper divide into 9 squares with a ½” section down one side.
- Cut along the 4” markings. Score on all the fold lines. (Erase pencil markings for neatness)
- Glue all 3 pieces together to make one long piece. Use the ½” flap and glue it to the edge of another piece. This will leave you with one unglued ½” flap on one end.
- Accordian fold your booklet.
- Cut 1” x 4” piece of cardstock. Score lengthwise and fold. Adhere to cut edge of front cover.
- To make ribbon closure, cut 12” length of ribbon. Fold remaining ½” flap of booklet over with ribbon inside of the fold. Adhere flap closed. Note: I used hot glue for added strength. Wrap ribbon around front of book and tie into a bow.
- Add embellishments and paper to each page. I used the tags from the Sarapapers citrus. I glued them to cardstock, cut out and added ribbon.
- Remember to embellish the back (cardstock side) of each page also.
- You can add pictures or give as a gift and they can add their pictures!
