Materials:

1 Coordinate Tags from Sarapapers Citrus Paper Book
1 patterned paper from paper book
1 coordinating 12x12" cardstock
Coordinating ribbon
Assorted pieces of cardstock & baby themed paper pieces
Metal Plaque for booklet front - I don't have the one shown but there's baby hands & feet
Safety Pins
Pens
Scissors/paper trimmer
Adhesives

Instructions:

Thoroughly adhere patterned paper to card stock with glue stick.
Divide adhered paper, down one side into 4” sections, divide paper down the other side into 3 ľ” sections. This will leave you with a paper divide into 9 squares with a ˝” section down one side.
Cut along the 4” markings. Score on all the fold lines. (Erase pencil markings for neatness)
Glue all 3 pieces together to make one long piece. Use the ˝” flap and glue it to the edge of another piece. This will leave you with one unglued ˝” flap on one end.
Accordian fold your booklet.
Cut 1” x 4” piece of cardstock. Score lengthwise and fold. Adhere to cut edge of front cover.
To make ribbon closure, cut 12” length of ribbon. Fold remaining ˝” flap of booklet over with ribbon inside of the fold. Adhere flap closed. Note: I used hot glue for added strength. Wrap ribbon around front of book and tie into a bow.
Add embellishments and paper to each page. I used the tags from the Sarapapers citrus. I glued them to cardstock, cut out and added ribbon.
Remember to embellish the back (cardstock side) of each page also.
