Butterfly Script Card
Designed by Wendy Kennedy
Materials:
Instructions:
- Take 2 sheets of transparency & color with alcohol inks, blending solution & pearl metallic mixatives. I have used butterscotch, terra cotta & bottle alcohol inks and copper metallic mixatives for this card.
- Make card from green cardstock.
- Cut a piece of script paper & colored transparency slightly smaller than card front.
- Cut out lady from collage sheet & double matte on green & rust.
- Attach script paper to card front.
- Attach matted lady on an angle in the lower right corner.
- Cut butterfly from transparency sheet & attach in the top left corner.
- Attach the transparency to the script paper. I used Scotch vellum tape - you could also use brads or eyelets. You have to be very careful what adhesive you use with transparencies so it doesn't shown through.
- Cut a piece of eyelash fiber & tie around spine of card.
