Daffodil Card
Designed by Carolyn Cunningham
Materials:
Instructions:
- Cut yellow cardstock 5.5 x 8.5" (half of an 8.5 x 11) and then fold in half to make a finished card 5.5" x 4.25".
- Cut daffodil page in two taking care to cut between the images
- Choose right hand image and apply to front of card
- Cut strip of stripe paper to cover the edge of the card and apply to card front
- Cut 1/8” strip of green baby corugated card or green cardstock and apply to cover join
- Print greeting of your choice on scrap of green card (I used a stripe from a piece of paper) leaving extra space between words for fibre tie. This greeting says “ Welcome Little One!” Use small corner rounder on corners of each layer of greeting.
- Mat greeting on yellow cardstock.
- Tie fibre around greeting.
- Mount greeting on card.
- Apply gem to centre of daffodil, looks stunning although difficult to see in picture!
- Add butterfly sticker accent to greeting tag.
- I put a daffodil sticker on the inside of the card.
