Materials:

Instructions:

Cut Hurricane cardstock to 4.75" x 12" and do two folds each 3" wide, so you have 3", 6" & 3", then cut at an angle on either
side of the 3" sides to get a triangle shaped flap.
Cut Silver Vellum to 4.5" x 12" and trim with fancy edged scissors, glue to hurricane cardstock and trim to fit at front.
Cut Nor'easter cardstock to 3.25" x 12" glue on top of vellum and trim to fit at front.
Cut black and white patterned paper from scarletts letter 4.75" x 5.75" and glue on inside center of card, next cut two pieces of colored paper from scarletts letter 1" x 4.75" trim one side of each with fancy edged scissors and glue to either side of black & white paper on center of card.
Using the coluzzle template cut out two 3.75" x 5" pieces from the scarletts letter colored paper, then using one cut out a smaller frame so that this can be used as a frame for your picture.
Cut out a 3.5" x 4.75" piece of white glossy cardstock and using the alcohol inks & metal mixatives and blending solution drop on to cardstock and swirl, when dry stamp with brown fluid ink and sweetpea stamp.
On top left of frame cut a 2" slit this is for the heart to be inserted.
Pop out a 2" tall x 1.5" wide white heart and brush with caramel fluid chalk and stamp the no. 25 in black on it, then slide into slit on frame.
Glue the patterned back, glossy cardstock and frame together and brush with same color fluid chalk as used on heart. Place MSE rub-ons on picture.
Glue 3 Oh Orange Heart Jewels on top right and bottom left corners of card.
Brush the main card with the dark brown fluid chalk, next using the damask floral stamp, stamp using 2 fluid chalk colors and the platinum brillance on the front and back of card. Attach two brown pebble brads to front points of card.
Glue picture frame to card using foam squares, place ribbon around pebble brads and close card.
