Christmas Pocket Card

Christmas Pocket Card

Materials:

Instructions:

  • Cut patterned paper to 8 ½” x 11”. Score and fold in half to create a card 8 ½” x 5 ½”. Score 2” up from bottom and fold up.
  • Cut coordinating card stock to 6 ½” x 10 ½”. Score down the middle and fold. Adhere card stock to inside (wrong side) of patterned paper.
  • Fold up pocket and staple sides.
  • Punch small hole on fold 1 ¼” up from bottom and top edges.
  • Thread ribbon through, from inside of card to the outside, add several small beads and knot ends of ribbon.
  • Decorate the front of the card with daisy d’s card stock stickers.
  • Staple 2 lengths of ribbon to the edges of the card to tie it closed.
  • Stamp “for you” on scrap paper, double mat on coordinating card stock, punch hole add to inside of card using embroidery floss tied through daisyd’s sticker.
  • Either print on computer or write out message….. “ENJOY A MOVIE NIGHT AND POPCORN OVER THE HOLIDAYS“. Adhere to inside of card.
  • Tuck movie pass and popcorn into pocket and tie ribbon. READY for gift giving.
