Peace on Earth Card
Designed by Carolyn Cunningham
Materials:
Instructions:
- Ink stamp well with Embossing Ink and stamp on Glossy card (Note: stamp several in case).
Important, dry with embossing tool or leave to dry overnight (I found this worked best)
- Cut fruit cake paper 8 ¼" x 5 ¾" to use as main card and fold.
- When image is dry cut image out 4 ¼" x almost 3 "
- Ink edges of image and mats with Distress Fired Brick
- Apply Noel ink well to brayer and roll on to the stamped image
- When dry apply ribbon under stamped image
- Mat with pine side of fruitcake paper and then red card
- Cut slit in side of card and thread ribbon through
- Fix ribbon by covering with photo splits
A similar technique is to clear emboss the image & then brayer over it (or you can color emboss to create a different look).
