Make a Wish Card
Designed by Melanie Coombs
Materials:
Instructions:
- Cut a 5 x 7 rectangle from the sheet of Bailey Red and Blue Daisies paper and adhere it to the front of your card.
- Cut a 3-1/2 x 4-1/4 rectangle from the sheet of Bailey Stripes paper. Round the corners with the corner rounding punch. Adhere it to the left of your card face, as shown. Choose three of the smaller 3-D flower stickers from the paper kit and stick towards the top of the flower rectangle as shown. Spell out ‘MAKE A’ using the small round alphabet stickers that come in the kit. Next, use the chipboard word ‘wish’ that comes in the kit to finish the sentiment, placing as shown.
- Cut a 2-1/4 x 2-1/4 square from the sheet of Ivory & Pink Circles paper. Round the edges with the corner rounding punch and ink the edges with the gold ink pad. Use the gold ink pad again to stamp a cupcake (or birthday cake) onto the square.
- Cut a strip of the flower “ribbon” and adhere as shown, using a glue dot at each end. Centre the square you just stamped on top of the ribbon and stick the card using raised adhesive squares or dots, so it stands up a bit.
