Fall Leaves Card
Materials:
- Rust Cardstock
- Checked Weathered Wood Paper
- A maple leaf stamp - I used the one in the Stampendous Perfectly Clear Fall Foliage Stamp Set
- A stamp saying 'Fall' or stamp letters - I used the 'Fall' in Empression Obsession Fall Clear Stamp Set
- Dark Brown Ink Pad - I used Nick Bantock brown
- Caramel Ink Pad - I used Adirondak caramel
- Red/Green rainbow ink pad - I used Adirondack Noel
- Old Paper ink pad - I used Old Paper Distress Ink
- Adhesives
Instructions:
- I used the cinnamon 5.5" x 8.5" cardstock from the Garden Path set. Fold it in half.
- Cut a piece of the checked weathered wood paper 5.5" x 4.25". Tear the edges so it's smaller than the card front. Ink the edges with dark brown ink.
- I used 1 maple leaf stamp & stamped several maples leaves randomly in caramel, then red/green, then dark brown, then old paper. Overlap & go different directions, have some only partly on the paper.
- Attach to the front of the cinnamon paper.
- Stamp 1 dark brown maple leaf and the word 'Fall' on another piece of checked weather wood paper.
- Tear out the word 'Fall' and ink the edges with dark brown.
- Cut out the brown stamped leaf (leave a narrow border).
- Stick 'Fall' and the leaf to the front of your card wherever you think they look good.
