Materials:
- Medium Green Handmade Gift Bag
- Red Wash, Green Wash & Holly Leaf Paper
- Nested Shapes #2 Template
- White Raffia
- White Cardstock
- Pop Up Glue Dots & other adhesives
- 1/8" Hole Punch
- Scissors/paper trimmer
Instructions:
- Cut a strip 10 ½ x 1 ½from red paper. Adhere to left side of bag.
- Trim the strip of Holly Leaves from being sure to leave the ribbon and fringe (refer to photo). Take the remaining larger piece of paper and with ribbon print on left side, trim the height of page to 10 ½. Adhere this paper to right side of bag allowing it to overlap the red strip.
- To make the tag: Trace and cut out Nested Shape 2-A and 2-C from Red paper.
- Trace and cut out Nested Shape 2-B and 2-D from Green paper. Adhere each shape onto white cardstock and trim around edges leaving 1/16 border. This white border helps to define each individual shape.
- On Shape 2-D, write MERRY CHRISTMAS. Layer each shape by placing Pop Dot dimensional adhesive between
each layer. Start with Shape 2-A, then layer 2-B on top, then layer 2-C on top and finally place 2-D on top. Punch 1/8 hole in the top of 2-A, and tie onto bag handle with white raffia.
