Browse the shop.
Our shop is divided into categories: On each category page are small pictures (thumbprints) of each item available. Click on the picture and you will see a larger picture, more detail, choices, and order buttons. Go back to the category page to look at other items.

You can shop using our shopping cart (directions below), use our printable order form, email us your order, or write out your order and fax or mail it to us.

Make a purchase using the shopping cart
On the item page there are choices (if applicable) and an order button. If there is only an order button simply click it. If there are choices to make use the drop down menus or check boxes to make your choices. Change the '1' in Quantity to the quantity of that item you wish to purchase if it's more than 1. Click on the 'order' button. The item/items will be added to your shopping cart. You will be taken back to the category page (the page with the thumbprints). When you want to see the contents of your shopping cart click on the 'View your shopping cart' button. They are on the top & bottom of all category pages as well as the bottom of each product page.

Don't worry about the quantity for any item you haven't checked since it will not go into your shopping cart. If there are checkboxes to the left of the choices on a page you must check one or more for anything to be added to your shopping cart.

Done Shopping?
When you are finished shopping click on the 'View your shopping cart' icon.

• Make any changes you wish to make to your order.
• Choose the province where you live, USA or International so you will be charged the correct tax.
• Choose Canada, USA, or International for shipping charges.
• Choose a method of payment - drop down box in lower left corner
• Fill in your Ecoupon claim code if you have an Ecoupon.
• Click the 'Purchase for $X.XX' button (bottom left corner) (shows the total including tax & shipping).
• You will be taken to a screen where you will enter shipping information. Fill it in and then click 'Complete Purchase'.

Payment Options
There are several payment options available to you.

• Credit Card Online - you can pay with Visa or Master Card securely online. The credit card number is encrypted so that if it were intercepted (which is extremely unlikely) it could not be read. It can only be unencryped by Stamp and Scrap Canada. Print out the online receipt.
• Fax Order - Print out your order form. Fill in the credit card information offline. Fax your order to 1-403-652-7318.
• Mail Order - Print out your order form. Mail it with a cheque, money order, or credit card information to Stamp and Scrap Canada, Box 5421, High River, Alberta, Canada, T1V 1M5.
• Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone - The shopping cart will Email us your order and we will phone you for your credit card information. This way you get to talk to a real person before paying. If you want us to phone at a certain time tell us in the textbox at checkout (tell us your time zone too please). You are welcome to phone us if you like. You will however often get an answering machine and PLEASE don't call outside of business hours Mountain Standard Time.
• Paypal by Email - We will send you an email through Paypal asking for payment or you can send payment to .
• Email a payment through your bank if it offers the option of emailing payments to CIBC customers. Email to wendy@cndcountrygifts.com

What to expect after you order.
Credit card In Stock orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order. If your order is out of stock we will Email you within one working day and let you know how long your order will be. We will send your parcel by Canada Post's Expedited Service to Canada or the US. If you pay with a cheque your order will be shipped after your cheque has cleared the bank. If you do not receive an Email response to an online order within two working day please either Email us or resubmit your order (note in the comment box that it is the second time you sent the order).

Gift Packages
We can ship your order to you or to an alternate address (only one address per order). We can wrap your gift and add a card. We can tie it with matching wire ribbon. Gift certificates are also available.

Returns
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Orders can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit if you are not satisfied. Please email us @ before returning anything. Please return goods in their original packaging if at all possible. Furniture is excluded - individual furniture makers have their own return policies.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
