Privacy
We will respect your privacy. Any information we receive from you will be used only to serve you better. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.

Nothing is adding to my cart!
I wish there was a simple answer to this one. With all the differences in computers, settings, protection, hosting, etc there could be a number of reasons. Here's some suggestions:

• Are you ticking the check box to the left of the item (on multiple item pages) before clicking order?
• Some people find if they close the browser and open it again it will work.

If neither of these works please email your order to and you can submit your payment information online ('order' 1 payment - it will show as a payment of $0.00 and then 'view your shopping cart') or by phone/fax - 1-866-652-7624. We also have a printable form that can be mailed or faxed in.

If you are still having problems please email @ the above address. We want your order - we will do whatever we can to help :-)

How long will items stay in my cart?
The shopping cart is set up to hold items for 7 days. You may have settings on your computer that prevent this from happening but for most people the cart will sit for 7 days before being emptied.

Cookies
Cookies are a small block of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. They store your shopping cart information so you can return to it later. If you are uncomfortable with using cookies you can disable them on your computer and our shopping cart will still work but it will not be saved.

Returns
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Orders can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit if you are not satisfied. Please email us @ before returning anything. Please return goods in their original packaging if at all possible.

How quickly will your order arrive?
In stock orders will be shipped within 2 working days. If an item you order is out of stock we will email you within 1 working day and let you know how long the wait will be. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post as soon as your payment is received.

• Canada - Expedited Parcel Post - 2-10 business days (our regular shipping method)
• Canada - Xpresspost - 2-3 business days
• USA - Expedited - 10-14 business days (our regular shipping method)
• USA - Xpresspost - 5-7 business days

Cost of Shipping.
Shipping and handling is added to your order based on the total value of the order. minimum shipping charge is $5.

Canadian Shipping Costs:

• $0.00 - $20 - Actual shipping cost + $2 handling charge
• $20.01-$49.99 - $5.50
• $50.00-$99.99 - $8.00
• $100.00 plus - FREE

USA Shipping Costs (sorry it costs us more to ship to you - the exchange rate helps though):

• $0.00 - $20 - Actual shipping cost + $2 handling charge
• $20.01 -$39.99 - $9.00 (about the same in US $)
• $40.00-$149.99 - $12.00 (about the same in US $)
• $150 plus - FREE

Note: On orders under $20 the shipping charge will show as $5.50 for Canada and $9 for US (our lowest shipping rates) in your shopping cart & we'll email you the actual cost when we receive the order. We will not process the order until you have emailed approval of the shipping cost. Actual shipping will be higher than our regular shipping charges since we subsidize the cost of shipping.

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply on large items or if you are located in an area with air only delivery. You will be emailed & asked before processing your order if this applies.

If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your order we'll waive the shipping charge. Just tell us in the text box at checkout and shipping will be deducted from your total. We will deliver orders in the town of High River, Alberta - no charge.

Payment Options

Using the Online Shopping Cart:

• Pay with your VISA or Mastercard online
• We will email you a Paypal Invoice or you can send your payment to .
• The shopping cart will Email your order and we will phone for credit card information.
• Print out your order and mail it with a cheque, money order, or credit card information
• Print out your order and fax it with your credit card information

Using the Printable Order Form:

• Fax your order form to us with your VISA or Mastercard information
• Mail your order with a cheque, money order, or credit card information

If you would prefer to just write out an order on a piece of paper and mail it to us with your payment, name and address that would be great too. Or you can email us your order, name, address & phone number and we'll phone for your credit card information.

We can also accept email payments if you can send them through your bank to CIBC customers. Email the payment to wendy@cndcountrygifts.com. Choose the payment by cheque option in the shopping cart & then email your payment.

Duty & Customs
Any duty or customs charged by a foreign government is the responsibility of the customer. There will be no duty or customs for US customers on products made in Canada or the US.

Gift Orders
No prices or invoices are included with gift orders. If you order giftwrapping a gift card is included. Gift cards are handwritten in gold or silver ink. If you don't order giftwrapping we print out a computer generated gift card telling them who the gift is from. We write on the outside of the box that it's a gift from you so they aren't afraid to open the box! There is no advertising included - ours or anyone else's. Except for the return address and our handwriting the gift could have come straight from you! A great time & money saver (our shipping charge is usually lower than you'd pay at the post office).

Please print out a copy of your order as we don't mail copies to you unless you request it.

Out of Stocks
We try to keep the website up to date for out of stocks. When we are really busy we may get behind and you may order an item that is out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible by email if this happens. Items that are marked 'Temporarily Out of Stock' are on order and expected in soon. Go ahead and order them and we will ship them as soon as they arrive. Items that are marked 'Out of Stock' or 'Discontinued' we are not intending to restock. If you want an item that has been discontinued email us. We may be able to bring it in for you or we may change our mind if customers want us to continue to carrying it.

Shipping only in Canada and the USA
If you live outside Canada and the US and would like to order please email . If we can ship your order you will have to pay actual shipping. Our apologies to anyone we can't ship to. If you know someone living here we can ship your order to them. Ordering through us is a great way to cut shipping costs if you send gifts to Canadians.

Taxes
Since we are located in Alberta which has no sales tax we charge GST/HST only. This means no sales tax for customers in provinces that don't have HST. There is no tax for customers from the USA.

Books should be GST only in HST provinces. We'll adjust that manually - please let us know if we forget.

'Canada' in Stamp and Scrap Canada.
The Canada in Stamp and Scrap Canada does not mean that all the items we sell are Canadian made. What it means is that we are a Canadian company and our prices are in Canadian dollars. Canadian made items are marked with a small maple leaf.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us by email, phone or fax.

Why is the website in English only?
I don't speak or write French. I hope at some point it will be in the budget to have a french version of the site but right now it's not. I apologize to our french speaking customers.
