Scrapbooking Layout - Boy Oh Boy
Designed by Melanie Coombs
Materials:
Instructions:
- Use the dark blue cardstock as the base for your layout.
- Mount a 5x7 photo to a piece of Stoneware Blue Plain paper. Trim so that some of the blue paper shows as a border around your photo. Stick silver photo corners to each corner of your matted photo. Set aside.
- Using your large foam letter stamps and paint, stamp ‘Boy’ and ‘Oh’ as shown in the picture. Set aside to dry. (If you don't have large foam letter stamps you can use a stencil, or print them on the computer & cut them out, use a die cut machine or use a large punchout letter sheet as a stencil)
- Cut a square from the Stoneware Blue Stripe paper, approximately 9x9”. Adhere onto cardstock as shown, with your choice of adhesive. I used a glue runner.
- Cut 2 squares from the Stoneware Blue Reverse Plaid paper, approximately 2-2-1/2” in size and another square from the Large Plaid paper. Ink the edges with either a black ink pad or a navy ink pad. Adhere to page as shown.
- Next, mount your matted photo as shown in the picture.
- Before adhering the Deluxe Designs Tag to the bottom right of your page, punch the hole out at the top of the tag and thread through a blue ribbon (or colour of your choice) and tie in a knot. Adhere tag.
- Using small alphabet and number stamps and the navy ink pad, stamp the month and year your photo was taken.
