Meg & Kate Layout
Designed by Melanie Coombs
Materials:
Instructions:
- Use the Classic K Bailey Brown Paisley paper as the backgrounf for your layout. Cut a square measuring 10x10 from the Bailey Brown paper and adhere to your page on an angle, as shown.
- Adhere a 4x6 photo to the dark brown cardstock and cut around the photo, leaving a small border of the cardstock showing. Set aside.
- Paint the chipboard letters for your title with the Making Memories paint and set aside to dry.
- Cut a square from the brown cardstock measuring 2-1/2 x 2-1/2. The stamp I used on my square was a quote about frinendship, reading “Of all possessions, a friend is the most precious”. You can use something similar, or just stamp the word ‘friend’. Use the gold ink pad to stamp the image. Adhere to your layout, in the position shown, using four mini brads.
- When your chipboard letters are dry, stick them near the top of the angled square, as shown. Stick your matted photo underneath the title.
- Cut two long strips of brown ribbon and stick them down so they run on an angle along the sides of the angled square. Trim the ends so they are flush with the edges of your layout.
