Vintage Baby Tags

Materials:
Instructions Baby:
- Cut out 2 tags, one in green, the other in white. Green tag 2 x 3 1/4. White tag 2 1/4 x 3 1/2. Glue the green tag on top of the white tag.
- Cut 2 stips of yellow cardstock. 3/4" x 2 1/4". Glue them on top of the tags, leaving space in between. Trim edges if necessary
- Cut out the baby carriage and the word "baby" from the vintage cut outs.
- Glue them onto the tag.
- Punch a small hole in the top of the tag and place a brad in it.
Instructions Play Time:
- Cut out 2 tags. Yellow 2 1/4 x 3 1/4. White tag 2 1/2 x 3 1/2
- Glue yellow tag on top of white tag.
- Cut a strip of green cardstock, 1/2 " x 3/4" and glue on top of the tag. Punch a small hole in the middle of stip, and attach a brad.
- Cut another strip of green cardstock 2 1/4 x 1/4", glue it towards the bottom of the yellow tag.
- Cut out "play time" and 2 small toy squares from the vintage cut outs. I used the spinning top and the train.
- Glue the play time block at the top of the tag, and the 2 toy blocks underneath it.
Use as a gift tag or on a scrapbook page.
