Twinkling H20's & Plastic Wrap BackgroundThese are beautiful!! Thanks to Cathy Dudgeon for mailing me samples & directions. Materials:
Instructions:
Take a large paint brush & put some water in each paint pot you are planning to use. Mix with brush so you have some paint ready to use. You want it to be fairly watery - not to a wash consistency but not thick.
You can tape your paper down so it doesn't curl. I didn't bother and mine didn't curl too badly. Those that did I put under a heavy book for a day & they flattened. If you are using watercolor paper paint it with water. Light weight watercolor paper will curl - heavier shouldn't. If you are using glossy paper skip this step.
Let dry & pull off plastic wrap.
There's lots of ways to use these backgrounds:

I wondered how it would work on glossy paper, on smooth cardstock and with glitter.
Here's a card I made using a Twinkling H20 & plastic wrap background.
